4. Strict No Refund Policy

Once any payment has been made, including but not limited to:

* Tuition Fee
* Course Fee
* Semester Fee
* Annual Fee
* Examination Fee
* Practical Fee

* Hostel Fee (if applicable)
* Uniform Fee
* Documentation Fee
* Processing Fee
* Counseling Fee
* Any other charges collected by the Institute
the amount shall be final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.**
No refund shall be granted if:
* employment, relocation, medical, or any other reason.
Payment of any fee shall constitute unconditional acceptance of this No Refund Policy.

6. Attendance & Academic Requirements

Failure to meet academic requirements may result in disciplinary action, withholding of examinations, or cancellation of admission.
7. Student Conduct

8. Certificates & Academic Records
Certificates, mark sheets, internships, practical training, and other academic documents shall be issued only after successful completion of all academic and financial obligations.
The Institute reserves the right to withhold documents until all outstanding dues have been cleared.
9. Internship & Placement Assistance
The Institute provides internship opportunities and placement assistance wherever applicable.
